Home brewing

This is a newer hobby that i hold near and dear closely to my heart! It is something i have been wanting to try for quite sometime now, but never had an opportunity to make the leap head first into. Rewind roughly 6 or so months ago, Walking around my local fred meyer i came across the quite boring and not great tasting (soon to find out!) beer kit called "Mr. Beer". And while this is a great opportunity for me (or anyone for that matter) to try out home brewing. It leaves the whole (that i know now) process lacking, along with the taste of beer!. So what was i to do? leave this as my one and only jump into the world of home brewing? i beg to differ! So, what did i do you ask? i went down to my local home brew shop and picked up a starter kit with a bottling kit.
This is ultimately where it just got horrible... not horrible as in beer or anything of the like. Horrible as in a very quickly growing addiction to a hobby that was inevitable...
What started out as a small starter kit (2 buckets, a thermometer, a hydrometer and some bottles) turned out to be a small production brewery, where in fact, i could produce 20 gallons or so a week if i wanted to take that leap!
i now have 3 large (7.5+ gallon) kettles, 2 propane burners, a grain mill, (currently) 50lbs of grain, numerous buckets, Numerous pieces of equipment, 2 no chill winpacks... the list just keeps getting bigger everytime i visit the homebrew shop! Here are some random pictures i've taken along the way.
